Holidays and peak vacation times are busy for everyone, and we impose a charge for a 3-4 day minimum stay during these times. This allows us to schedule the occupancy (and cleaning) of our kennels so that your pet’s accommodations are ready when you arrive. It also allows us to minimize scheduling conflicts. At times when we are at capacity (and turning way business), if you show up late or not at all, you may be charged for the time reserved.
